Dr. van der Meulen
Dr. Taco van der Meulen studied Medicine at Utrecht University and Dentistry at the University of Groningen. In 2019, he obtained his PhD at the University of Groningen, and in 2022 Dr. van der Meulen completed his specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
He completed his training as an OMFS surgeon at the University Medical Center Groningen (Netherlands), Medical Center Leeuwarden (Netherlands), and Uniklinik Aachen (Germany).
After being certified as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. van der Meulen further specialized in head and neck surgery, dermatologic surgery, and reconstructive surgery at University Hospital Southampton (United Kingdom).
Since September 2024, Dr. van der Meulen has been working as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon in Brussels. From April 1, 2026, he will be practicing at University Hospital Saint-Luc. For treatments in private practice, you can consult him in Liedekerke and Brussegem.

Training requires the completion of both medical and dental degrees, followed by a four-year surgical specialization.
